1. Introduction

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of okay baji or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not be self-excluded from okay baji or any other gaming platform through a formal self-exclusion programme.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

Okay baji reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you are unable to provide satisfactory verification, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on okay baji. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, okay baji reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.

When registering your okay baji account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and payment information. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Okay baji will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your login details secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact okay baji support immediately.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Okay baji supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — Bangladesh's three major mobile money platforms. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No foreign currency transactions are currently supported.

The minimum deposit on okay baji is ৳10. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may be subject to additional verification. Deposits are credited to your okay baji account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile money account used for your most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳100. For verified accounts, withdrawals typically clear within 30 seconds. First-time withdrawals may take slightly longer due to the identity verification process.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has been used to deposit funds into your account.
• Okay baji does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your mobile money provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Okay baji reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or high-risk.
• Withdrawals requested during scheduled maintenance windows may be delayed. Okay baji will notify players of any planned maintenance in advance.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Okay baji offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms will take precedence.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all okay baji bonuses:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real money funds and must be wagered the specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each bonus. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met will be cancelled without compensation.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Okay baji reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonus offers — including but not limited to bonus abuse, arbitrage, or collusion — will result in cancellation of the bonus and may result in account suspension.
• Free spins winnings are typically credited as bonus funds and subject to wagering requirements unless stated otherwise.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on okay baji are provided by licensed third-party game providers including JILI, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, and others. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real money bets.

Okay baji uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. • Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed. Once a bet is submitted, it is final.

• Registering more than one account on okay baji, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during your use of the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to interact with the platform in a way that is not through normal manual play.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing okay baji staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your okay baji account.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person or accepting funds from a third party for the purpose of gambling on okay baji.

Okay baji employs sophisticated fraud detection systems that monitor all account activity in real time. Suspicious activity is flagged automatically and reviewed by our security team. Players found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will not receive advance warning before their account is suspended.

Okay baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
